Gene Gomberg
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Gene has ultimate responsibility for identifying key acquisitions, managing growth and new initiatives, overseeing key employee recruitment and leading the company’s overall vision and strategic direction. An industry visionary, he is a founding partner of The Continental Group, the largest residential property management company in the FirstService Residential Management portfolio.
With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in community association management, Gene constantly seeks client-serving ways to elevate the property management industry to the next level. Many of the ideas, systems and procedures he developed over the years are still used in the industry today. According to Gene, successful relationships are based on respect for clients, vendors and employees, and this philosophy plays an integral role in the company’s culture. Many employees who began with the company more than three decades ago are still part of the FirstService Residential family. |

Bruno Sperduti
Managing Partner
In his role as Managing Partner, Bruno is responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of the national rental team. He is the executive charged with managing contracts and relationships with national clients, while ensuring the highest standards of service performance are delivered and client satisfaction goals are met. Bruno has successfully overseen the implementation of FirstService’s largest contracts, and has overall accountability for the rental team and resources required to achieve client goals.
Bruno joined FirstService in 1996 after a career in senior management having held financial positions in banking and other owner-operated service companies. Throughout his nearly 20 year career in services, Bruno has provided leadership and business management expertise to financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and government clients.
Bruno has previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of a leading provider of customized outsourced solutions to businesses and governments across North America. and is currently the executive in charge of operations for FirstService Residential Realty. |

Matthew J. Phillips
Vice President of Real Estate Services
Matt Phillips is the Vice President of Real Estate Services for Georgia. He brings over nineteen years of real estate experience, including construction, development and property management. He began his career with the Beck Group in Atlanta, after graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
After obtaining his Masters of Business Administration from Georgia State University, he held the position of Director of Construction for Seefried Industrial Properties from 2000-2004. Prior to joining First Service, Matt was Vice President & Partner of Paragon Development Group, an Atlanta based real estate development company. Matt has completed projects totaling over $300M in value of the course of his career.
Matt is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Georgia Soil & Water Conservation Level IB Certified Inspector, a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, U.S. Green Building Council and the Urban Land Institute. |

Mike Natale
Chief Financial Officer
As the company’s financial leader, Mike consistently strives to improve financial performance, reporting, and budgeting through administrative best practices and national program initiatives. Prior to joining the company, he was V.P. Performance & Risk Management at parent company FirstService Corporation, overseeing risk management policies and programs.
A Chartered Accountant, Mike also served as CFO of Canada’s largest commercial property management company. He began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and has more than a decade of real estate experience. |

Mark Sanfilippo
Chief Information Officer
In his role as CIO, and part of the Enterprise Technology Division, Mark is responsible for strategic integration of enterprise-wide technology across the FirstService Residential Realty national footprint. He creates and executes automated business processes, collaborative portal and business intelligence solutions.
Throughout his 15-year career as a technologist, Mark has a successful track record designing, developing and implementing IT systems and solutions, both custom built and purchased, for manufacturing, education, entertainment, and commercial real estate industries. |

Danielle Cooney, CPM
Vice President of National Operations
While Danielle’s primary focus is client development and relations, she also oversees the company’s national property management team. She is responsible for upholding the company’s principals and mission, as well as its employee- and client- centered management philosophy and values.
Before joining the company, Danielle, was V.P., Multifamily Rental and Commercial Property Management for sister company The Continental Group and is a licensed broker.
Danielle has over two decades of operational property management experience. She is a Licensed Broker in numerous states and has earned many industry accreditations, including Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP). Danielle is actively involved in a number of trade organizations, including IREM. |

Stephen A. Brahs
Vice President, West Coast Region
Steve Brahs is responsible for creating and implementing the systems and procedures necessary to position FSRR’s West Cost rental operations. He is also responsible for seeking out, negotiating and executing property management agreements with investors as well as marketing and leasing properties on behalf of current FSRR clients.
With years of experience as a leader in the rental management industry, Brahs brings a substantial amount of expertise and direction to FSRR’s new venture. Brahs was previously the President and CEO of Advantage Building Services, LLC and prior to that worked as the Vice President and General Manager for the Irvine Company for over 15 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from Whittier College. He also has a California Real Estate Broker’s License and a General Contractor’s License. |

Robin Stinson, CPM, CAM
Director, National Operations
Robin brings a wealth of experience to her role as Director, National Operations. In her 25 year history in the real estate industry, Robin has developed and implemented strategic plans for management, disposition, acquisition and lease up of a variety of properties of all sizes and type.
Prior to joining FSRR, Robin served as VP of Operations at a national management company where she developed and managed over 400 professionals in 10 regions producing in excess of 59 million in annual revenue in the luxury and affordable apartment homes market.
Among other accreditations, Robin is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Community Association Manager (CAM). Robin was named CPM of the Year in 1998, is an Industry National Speaker at MHW, NAHB, SAHMA and is a member of IREM’s Academy of Authors and National Faculty. |

Tom Egan, LCAM
Director of Information Systems
Tom is responsible for the company’s procedural development, client contract compliance, training and business growth, and lends his assistance and expertise to strategic planning. Previously, he has served as a District Manager at the Multifamily Rental and Commercial Property Management level.
Tom has 15 years of operational property management experience, and has held property management positions at several companies, including Property Management Services and Independent Management Services. Among his many accreditations, he is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP). |

Tom Skidmore
National Corporate Controller
Tom runs FirstService Residential Realty’s property management accounting programs and serves to drive business initiatives, growth, strategy and profitability.
He has more than 10 years of experience in financial management and policy/procedure development, and previously was Controller for a large law firm where he managed all financial and accounting functions, as well as created and implemented progressive, automated processes. He has also held controller positions for entertainment and global technology copanies. Additionally, he has over four years of experience in public and internal auditing, working principally with SEC companies. |
